Movement for Children – Only €50 for the Spring Term

Movement for Children

Movement Classes for 1 to 3 year olds

The Academy of Dance Arts is offering an exciting dance and movement programme for toddlers aged 1 – 3 years. These classes have been designed specifically for very young children who love to dance to their favourite songs but are too young to join formal dance classes. These classes are open to both boys and girls.

Movement Classes

Movement classes for younger children utilise music and movement structured in a fun routine that helps to improve your toddler’s muscle strengthening, balance and coordination. As children grow up, classes guide children in a playful way to dance, move, jump and run with harmony and grace. All activities are created to improve children’s large motor skills, coordination and balance as they discover and explore the world.

Each session includes a fun warm-up, a musical story adventure full of action and a winding down period. These sessions will help your children:

– explore their creativity
– build their self esteem from a very young age
– have fun

Parents join the classes with their children. Parents are given the opportunity to interact physically with their children, while meeting other parents.
