Baby Ballet Classes for 1 to 3 year olds
The Academy of Dance Arts is offering an exciting dance and movement programme for toddlers aged 1 – 3 years. These classes have been designed specifically for very young children who love to dance to their favourite songs but are too young to join formal dance classes. These classes are open to both boys and girls.
In this class, children will still join with one of the parents but will be introduced to the first ballet steps. The class will focus more on the ballet dance than on the games which characterise the Movement classes. Children will also join the class in their ballet uniform already. The class is suitable for 1 to 3 years olds.
Autumn Programme starting 25 September
The autumn programme will be starting on 25 September. Registration for the autumn programme is now open.
Classes last 45 minutes. Children join one class every week. One of the parents joins the class with each child too. Classes are held in the studios.
Classes will be held as follows:
• Baby Ballet A – Monday 10:00am – 10:45am
• Baby Ballet B – Monday 11:00am – 11:45am
• Baby Ballet C – Wednesday 11:00am – 11:45am
• Baby Ballet D – Saturday 9:45am – 10:30am (FULL)
• Baby Ballet E – Saturday 10:30am – 11:15am (FULL)
Classes will start on Monday 25 September. The fee for the term (10 weeks) is of €80.
